Our Story

Executive coaching to rebuild your confidence & overcome self-doubt

Ann has been a high-profile NHS leader, a chief executive, and a director working at national level. Her successful leadership career was built through having clarity of purpose, delivering for patients, forging strong partnerships, being authentic, and always developing others.

When she left the NHS Ann enjoyed an exciting and liberating five years reviewing Boards and leadership teams in the NHS, private healthcare, higher education, and for a national charity. She worked independently and for a number of private-sector companies.

Ann coaches NHS and local authority directors who have either been recently promoted to a strategic post from a senior operational role or who for a range of reasons are experiencing a change of circumstances at work.
